Robert E. Grote, CPARobert E. Grote, CPA, Partner, Manufacturing & Distribution Niche Practice Leader Phone: (516) 336-2468 E-mail: rgrote@grassicpas.com "A client had no viable strategy for an exit plan, and their succession plan would have forced them to go bankrupt. We helped the client create a comprehensive plan, including an S-Corp employee stock ownership plan (ESOP), along with deferred compensation arrangements. This plan pleased both the client and their credit grantors. We created an environment where 40% of their overhead (taxes) was eliminated and laid out a successful plan for the future of the company." Robert E. Grote is a partner at Grassi & Co.
