Malpractice attorneys can spend time inside your practice and identify specific risk factors associated with malpractice cases. Are your consents sufficient? A malpractice attorney can review your consents for accuracy and prevention clauses. Once you have successfully chosen an attorney, name him/her on your policy. Call your carrier for a list of malpractice attorney groups. You should feel comfortable with someone who may help you prevent malpractice or defend you in a lawsuit.
