For the past several years, Grassi & Co. has conducted a bi-annual survey of Construction companies in the New York area. Through this survey, we aim to:

Through this survey, we discovered trends in ownership transition, joint ventures, bidding for public sector work, bonding capacity, changes in geographical reach and the ability to obtain credit.
