Vickie Pellegrino is an Audit Partner of Grassi & Co. overseeing the firm’s financial services group. She is an accomplished financial services industry professional, having been in public practice and private industry for 30 years.  She specializes in providing accounting, tax, and consulting advice to a wide range of entities that include alternative investment funds, private equity funds, broker-dealers, and investment advisors.
Prior to joining Grassi & Co., Ms. Pellegrino was a Partner at Raich Ende Malter & Co., and previously served as the Chief Financial Officer for Moon Capital Management, a global alternative investment advisory firm in the emerging markets from 2006-2008, and for Bessent Capital, a global macro investment manager, from 2001-2006.  In her role as CFO, she was responsible for directing all financial accounting and operations functions for the investment funds and management companies in the US, UK, and Singapore.
She has spent 20 year in public accounting as a client service partner at national accounting firms with a concentration in clearing and non-clearing broker-dealer clients. 

She is a member of the Managed Funds Association, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.  Throughout her career, she has served on a number of NYSSCPA and AICPA industry committees, has contributed to various industry publications, and has lectured at industry conferences.
