Summer Employment Opportunities:

Every summer, Grassi hosts two student-focused programs in our offices. These programs provide insight into Grassi's culture and a career in public accounting. Please consider joining our team in the summer!
Our Summer Internship Program:
  • 10-week internship program in Audit, Tax, Accounting Services, Consulting, IT, or Marketing
  • All interns receive associate-level training and opportunities to work on client engagements
  • Intern mid-summer event: Grassi Jeopardy, staff lunch, & CPA Review presentation 
  • All interns are invited to attend our annual Firm Day event
  • Networking & interview project—provides a well-rounded experience for our interns
  • Food Tour in New York City

Grassi Leadership Program:

The Grassi Leadership Program is an annual two-day leadership event hosted by the Firm in our Jericho, Long Island office. This program is offered to Sophomore & Junior students looking to gain more hands-on knowledge of a career in public accounting!
The program includes the following:
  • Service line presentations hosted by client service professionals
  • Office tour & networking lunch
  • Tax return demonstration
  • CPA Review presentation
  • Audit case study
  • Staff panel—participants are asked to submit their questions beforehand and are given the opportunity to ask live questions
  • Student group project at conclusion of 2-day program
