Every year, CEO Lou Grassi closes all five offices of his 300+-employee company, Grassi & Co., to celebrate the hard work and dedication of his employees and this year was no different.

Held at the Crescent Beach Club in Bayville, employees began the day with some inspirational words from their leader about this past year’s company successes and the direction going forward.

Afterwards, employees spent the rest of their day on the beach, eating, drinking, and playing volleyball, giant jenga, and more!

With a company philosophy of, “Work Hard, Play Hard” Lou continues to make working at the Firm fun!
