Grassi Wins 2021 Best of Accounting Award for Service Excellence

Award winners are chosen for being industry leaders in service quality based solely on client rankings, which were compiled from a client survey conducted by ClearlyRated, a leader in client satisfaction research. Highlights of Grassi’s client survey results include:
- 80.5% of respondents gave Grassi a score of 9 or 10 out of 10, compared to the industry average of 43%.
- The firm’s Net Promoter Score® was 74.9%, compared to the industry average of 23%.
- Highest levels of satisfaction were in the areas of Service Quality and Understanding Client Needs.
