Robert has participated in panel discussions regarding cannabis including the 2019 NYSSCPA”S cannabis symposium where he chaired a panel discussion on valuation; cyber security; tax issues; and legal issue in the cannabis space.
Robert has been on numerous panels for HighNY (a Cannabis Advocacy Group) Topics include, “How Not to Get Burned Investing in Cannabis”. Robert is also a member of WomenGrow, an organization that helps women within the cannabis space to network and build relationships. Robert has been quoted in several publications, including The Street, regarding the cannabis industry.
Prior to joining Grassi, Robert was owner of the Firm Bernstein and Seidman, which was established in 1996. He got his start in the industry working with several top 20 CPA firms and was a former Chief Financial Officer of Ferrari/Maserati of Long Island and Ferrari/Maserati of New England.
Robert has excellent working knowledge of numerous software packages unique to specific industries used to track revenue and expenses across multiple platforms.
Robert loves to travel and is very involved in his local synagogue.
