Indah Abadi Director

Indah Abadi is a Forensic, Litigation & Valuation Director at Grassi and brings over 20 years of experience to the firm. In her role, Indah performs appraisals of interests in privately held companies for estate and gift tax planning, shareholder/partnership dissolutions, marital dissolutions, buy/sell transactions, and litigation support. She is also experienced in calculating economic damages and lost profits analysis, conducting forensic accounting examinations for marital dissolution and litigation support.

Indah’s experience covers a broad range of industries including real estate, manufacturing & distribution, retail, medical practice, professional service and restaurants. Indah also assists audit teams in reviewing clients’ ESOP valuation reports, Black-Scholes calculations, and projections supporting the impairment evaluation of intangibles.

In addition to Indah’s CPA licensure, she has earned the designations of Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV), Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF), Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA), and Accredited in Business Appraisal Review (ABAR). Indah keeps abreast of changing developments through her membership in the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA), American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), and New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA).

Indah received her Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Thunderbird School of Global Management at Arizona State University.
