Kyle Ganley is a Tax Director at Grassi. With nearly 20 years of tax and accounting experience, he advises clients in the Construction and Real Estate industries. Kyle specializes in helping privately held business owners with tax deferral strategies, credits, incentives and other tax-savings vehicles. He also has experience assisting high-net-worth individuals and nonprofit organizations.

Kyle has advised clients at every stage of the businesses cycle. He uses his industry expertise to help contractors, subcontractors and real estate professionals structure their business entities, grow their companies and execute succession plans to achieve their financial goals.

Prior to joining Grassi, Kyle was a Senior Tax Manager at another national accounting firm, where he helped clients with reviewing and strategizing financing arrangements and performed operational assessments to guide businesses to increased efficiency and profitability.

Kyle keeps his finger on the pulse of industry changes through his involvement in Associated General Contractors of Massachusetts (AGCMA) and the Massachusetts Chapter of the Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA). He also serves on the Tax Committee for CICPAC.
Kyle is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Massachusetts State Society of Certified Public Accountants (MASSCPA), where he is a past member of the Tax Board.

Kyle holds a Master’s degree in Tax from Bentley University and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Lasell University. He currently volunteers at the St. Vincent De Paul Society and previously served on the Saint John’s Financial Board and Archdiocese of Boston School Leadership Math Board.
