Rozleen Giwani, CPA Partner

Rozleen Giwani, CPA is a Tax Partner at Grassi, where she focuses on tax planning and preparation services for high-net-worth individuals and businesses. Rozleen helps clients meet their tax mitigation and wealth preservation goals through a wide range of tax savings vehicles, including gifting, trusts and estate planning strategies. She has extensive experience with grantor retained annuity trusts, complex and simple trusts, gift tax returns and estate tax returns.

Rozleen has expertise in the real estate industry, advising real estate partnerships, investors, corporations and family-owned businesses on cost segregation reports, 1031 exchanges, industry tax credits and other tax mitigation strategies. 

Additionally, Rozleen serves high-net worth individuals, private foundations, artist-funded foundations and family offices. In the world of art, Rozleen has experience related to owners of art galleries, major collectors, prominent contributors to art institutions, and significant artist-endowed foundations.

Prior to joining Grassi, Rozleen was a tax partner at a regional accounting firm based in New York City. Her background includes tax planning and compliance services for corporations, family limited partnerships, investment partnerships, real estate owners and developers and financial services entities.

Rozleen is an active member in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA). Rozleen is a New Jersey resident and a graduate of St. John’s University.
