Grassi's Manufacturing & Distribution Practice celebrated Manufacturing Day 2019 with its annual kickoff cocktail reception on Thursday, October 3. Attended by clients, business partners and other friends of the firm, the event provided a forum for members of the manufacturing industry to network and celebrate the significance of their profession and its impact on the economy and next generation of workers.
Commemorated on the first Friday of October, Manufacturing Day was established by the Manufacturing Institute as a recognition of modern manufacturing. This annual celebration is designed to inspire the next generation of manufacturers amidst the continued shortage of skilled workers.
